Caregiver for Medical-Surgical Unit

Job Description
This full-time position involves working 36 hours per week, with three shifts per week, alternating weekends, and rotating holidays. You will be part of our Nursing Float Pool team, supporting various units within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hospital experience in a medical-surgical setting, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and excellent communication skills.
About the Role
As a medical-surgical float pool nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical procedures. You will also participate in bedside report, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of individualized patient care plans. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
