Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Akron, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and aerosol medications.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
