Lee College is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach Physics courses on a part-time basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic instructors to teach Physics courses to our students. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and evaluating student learning in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Physics courses to students at various levels, including freshman and sophomore.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and success.
  • Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports to the Admissions & Records Office.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, including office hours and online support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Masters (or higher) degree in Physics or a related field.
  • 18 graduate hours in Physics or a related field.
  • Prior online teaching experience and certification.
  • Blackboard Learning Management System experience.
