At StretchLab, our mission is to empower clients to 'Live Long' through exceptional stretching sessions. Our team is composed of certified professionals from diverse backgrounds, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. We take pride in our elite team of stretch specialists, honed through our exclusive Flexologist TM training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored stretch sessions and group classes for small groups.
- Encourage and support clients throughout their sessions.
- Expand our membership and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Ensure client safety by utilizing proper techniques and following established protocols.
- Engage in team meetings and ongoing educational opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and assist with promotional activities.
- Maintain an active presence on social media to connect with clients.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained for client use.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in stretching, flexibility, and mobility within a boutique fitness environment.
- Experience in fitness or health-related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in client training.
- Availability for weekend shifts.
- Ability to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills paired with empathy.
- Commitment to assisting clients in reaching their fitness aspirations.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Completion of the Flexologist Training Program is required.
