Core Responsibilities
  • Manage patient scheduling and appointments using a multi-line phone system
  • Collect and maintain new patient information; track all patient referrals
  • Provide information to patients and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
  • Document and log all reports sent to medical professionals
  • Process payments and verify insurance details
  • Address inquiries from prospective and current patients
  • Coordinate evaluations, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and cancellations
  • Collaborate with the office manager and clinical staff regarding patient scheduling and arrivals
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of one year of experience in benefits verification
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
