About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Comfort Advisor to join our team at Zephyr. As a Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with clients in their homes to determine their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable.

You will work closely with our installation coordinator to ensure a seamless client experience and build long-term successful client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading home services company and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients in their homes to determine their heating and cooling needs
  • Present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable
  • Work with the installation coordinator to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Build long-term successful client relationships
Requirements
  • 4+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and maintenance needs
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
