Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee roofing projects at our East Hartford, CT facility. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, removal, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems.
- Ensure projects are completed with the utmost craftsmanship and quality.
- Conduct roof maintenance and repairs as needed.

- Supervise, direct, and mentor team members.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with different commercial roofing systems.

- Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Work Environment
