The Role We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction projects from design to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership on projects, ensuring quality and timely execution, and delivering the best solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage design schedules.
  • Establish project forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage costs and ensure project profitability.
  • Accept full responsibility for project execution and delivery.
  • Mentor and develop project management staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design-build.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
  • Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
  • Ability to work on-site, climb ladders, and scale multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift objects of at least 50 lbs.
