Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialized evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to patients based on their individual needs.
- Engage with patients, clinical teammates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Set and achieve personal and professional goals, while understanding and living the company's mission, vision, values, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
