**Job Summary**

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Moulder Operator to join our team. As a Moulder Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • **Securing and Maintaining Materials**: Ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available and properly stored on the production floor.
  • **Machine Setup and Maintenance**: Perform routine machine set-ups and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production.
  • **Tooling and Equipment**: Grind knives and build cutting heads as required to maintain optimal machine performance.
  • **Operational Efficiency**: Operate the moulder machine in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and production standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement and maintain a first-in, first-out inventory system for materials and supplies.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality products.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
