Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team at Willowood of North Adams Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents.
  • Help residents with mobility and transfers, as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse or nurse manager.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse or nurse manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
