We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our dynamic food and beverage team at StepStone Hospitality Inc.. Our mission is to elevate the guest experience by ensuring that our staff is both passionate and attentive to the needs of event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, clean, and maintain the dishwashing machine.
  • Ensure the dishwashing area is tidy and report any issues with equipment promptly.
  • Monitor water temperatures in the dish machine to guarantee a thorough sanitization process.
  • Thoroughly wash and properly store all dining and kitchen utensils.
  • Keep the dishwashing area organized and free of clutter.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of clean dining ware is available for both the dining area and kitchen.
  • Handle all tableware with care to minimize breakage and loss.
  • Sort and dispose of waste in designated receptacles and transport to the appropriate disposal area.
  • Assist in transferring supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Support basic food preparation tasks as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in food preparation and production spaces.
  • Adhere to health and sanitation standards consistently.
