About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Big Brand Tire. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing/replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including inspections and diagnostic tests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair
  • Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
