About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Eagles Landing Dental Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout their dental journey.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide personalized care.
  • Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments using advanced technology, such as the iTero 3D scanner.
  • Provide expert chairside assistance to our dentists during various procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
  • Manage supply and inventory levels, ordering and expediting supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow.
