Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) team. As a licensed mental health professional, you will provide clinical direction and supervision to our Crisis Interventionists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families in Jefferson County.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise HBCI staff activities, including leading team meetings and providing clinical guidance.
- Conduct side-by-side contacts with staff and provide case coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with CHJC Leadership to ensure treatment needs are met for enrolled youth.
- Monitor referrals to HBCI and assign cases to Crisis Interventionists.
- Review clinical documentation and participate in utilization and clinical reviews.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and supervise assigned interns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current licensure in New York State as a Licensed Mental Health Professional.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the CHJC team and external partners.
- Valid NYS driver's license.
This role requires working in a regular office setting and completing off-site/in-home visits. You may have contact with service recipients who are agitated or in crisis. Some risk is involved working with service recipients with mental illness.
Physical DemandsThis role requires standing, walking, memory, concentration, sitting for extended periods, hearing, carrying, speaking, writing, bending, pulling, problem solving, lifting, reaching, kneeling, running, seeing, reading, and climbing.
