The Role

The Ancillary Revenue Supervisor will play a critical role in maximizing profits at our venues. This individual will be responsible for communicating with the Ancillary Revenue Manager to ensure all necessary tools, information, and staff are in place to optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team to maximize profits from venue upsells, such as Premier Parking, Lawn chair, Reserved Lawn, Fast Lane, VIP Club upgrades, and Future Ticket Sales.

• Collaborate with the Ancillary Revenue Manager to develop marketing strategies, pricing, and revenue management plans for all concert events.

• Utilize technologies and applications, such as Parkhub, for point-of-sale stations and troubleshoot during shows.

• Provide continuous motivation to staff to elevate the customer experience.

• Implement and train team on experiential sales techniques to drive revenue.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Prior cash handling experience is required.

• Outgoing personality and customer service-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in a non-traditional environment facilitating sales.

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods in various types of weather.

• Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends).
