Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings in their medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered and document administration in the patient's medical record.
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience.
  • Current RN license and BLS certification.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and valid auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
