Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests, process check-in/check-out procedures, and provide accurate information about resort amenities and services.
  • Resort Information and Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions and activities.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest emails, and maintain effective communication with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to learn property-specific systems.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guest Service Skills: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, and stooping.
  • Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, with occasional heavy lifting or moving.
