We are seeking a skilled Saddle Stitch Operator to join our team at Quad, a leading provider of integrated marketing services. As a Saddle Stitch Operator, you will play a critical role in our bindery department, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art saddle stitch machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a bindery or printing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
