Overview

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at Mercy, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging services. Your expertise will be essential in performing specialized procedures, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists and providing patient care essential to these procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy
  • Operate imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality images
  • Provide patient care and support during procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours
  • A.R.R.T. (R) registry required
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • 0-1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging
