Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload fabricated products from paint carts and prepare them for assembly
  • Install hardware and stickers according to build cards
  • Box, wrap, and band products to the proper skid
  • Build custom features as required
  • Move product to the shipping area and prepare it for painting
  • Use crane or forklifts to move parts as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background in manufacturing/metal fabrication
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
  • Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, and twist throughout shift
