Responsibilities:

  • Utilize production instructions, parts lists, drawings, and verbal guidance to assemble connectors accurately.
  • Position components manually or with the assistance of small hand tools such as tweezers.
  • Operate simple equipment as required for specific assembly tasks.
  • Maintain focus and concentration during repetitive tasks to ensure high-quality assembly.
  • Install both fixed and rotating hardware components.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise component placement.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

The Electronic Assembly Technician position requires regular sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and using hands for repetitive tasks. The ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 25 pounds is necessary.
