Restaurant Manager Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
