Hospice Nurse Leadership Opportunity
Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice Manager to lead a nursing team in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a Hospice Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients and their families, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of RNs in providing high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve care
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and compassionate team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hospice leadership
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
