About the Job

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in their own homes. Our extensive paid training and state-of-the-art simulation labs will ensure you feel comfortable and confident before your first visit with your client.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As an employee of BAYADA Home Health Care, you will also receive:

Job Description

As a LPN/LVN with BAYADA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to clients in their own homes. This includes:

  • Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Providing medication management and wound care
  • Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
