  • Experience handling sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues related to therapy tools.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties primarily in a standing position and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Exhibit a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability in managing medical documentation.
