Job Summary

Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our CCU/MED-SURG team. The RN will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the nursing care for an assigned number of acute care patients in accordance with hospital standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care: Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate and Evaluate Nursing Care: Ensure adherence to established standards of practice and ethics for assigned patients.
  • Perform Professional Nursing Duties: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including supervision of LPN and PCT staff.
  • Supervise and Support Staff: Provide guidance and ensure quality care delivery for LPN and PCT staff.
  • Exercise Good Judgment: Demonstrate innovation and discretion in patient care, adapting to changes in patient care requirements.
  • Participate in Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development, exploring personal behavior and practice improvements.
  • Be Flexible and Responsive: Adapt to staffing changes dictated by patient care needs.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current RN license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Specialized Training: Preference given for specialized training in all areas except Med-Surg, which is an entry-level position.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and adaptability to change.
