Pediatric Respiratory Care Expert

El Paso Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Respiratory Care Expert to join our team. As a key member of our pediatric critical care unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children with respiratory issues. Your expertise in ventilatory support, airway management, and diagnostic evaluations will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with medical teams to develop treatment plans and provide ongoing care to patients. Your critical thinking skills and experience in pediatric and neonatal care will be essential in handling complex cases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical respiratory care, including experience in pediatric and neonatal care. A comprehensive knowledge of routine and critical procedures is essential, as well as registry eligibility and the ability to attain the RRT credential within 3 months of hire date. A current Texas Respiratory Care License and BLS CPR certification are also required.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
