About the RoleThis position involves working in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit setting, requiring strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. As an APRN, you will have the autonomy to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated salary range for this role is $85-$110 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, you can expect a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Please note that pay packages may vary depending on shifts and hours worked.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide high-quality patient education and support
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Current APRN licensure and certification in Oklahoma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Progressive Care Units
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights
