STNA Instructor

We are seeking a qualified STNA Instructor to join our Adult Education team at the Warren County Career Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and training adult students in the STNA program.

• Teach and train adult students in the STNA program
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of adult learners
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

• Valid State of Ohio LPN or RN license plus five years of experience
• Current Train the Trainer certificate or Registered Nurse with a current, valid, unencumbered Ohio nursing license with at least two years of experience as an RN
• Work experience must be provided with written documentation of 3200 hours on company letter-head from employers and submitted with your registration and resume
• Valid or ability to obtain Adult Education Teaching Permit, through The Ohio Department of Education
• Experience in teaching adult students is desirable
• Willingness to work with students and colleagues as a team member
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
• Valid Ohio Driver's License
• Must pass criminal background check after job offer is made
