Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Specialties unit at Concord Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Develop and revise patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications, provide direct patient care, and lead the healthcare team.
  • Teach patients and their families about care and management of their conditions.
  • Manage time and resources to deliver patient care and meet departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
  • One year prior clinical nursing experience.
