About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Care General Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck care facilities, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our teams are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operations in the truck care facilities, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver world-class service.
  • Manage budgets and P&L statements to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities around the store to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, travel stop, or c-store management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • 2+ years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
