Job Summary

DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Screw Machine Operator to join our team in a metal manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring high-quality parts production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss screw machines, including Citizen, Star, and Tsugami models
  • Perform quality control checks using measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers
  • Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and print requirements
  • Maintain accurate parts count and labeling
  • Perform side operations during machine cycle time as required
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in metal manufacturing, with a focus on CNC machining
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Swiss-style CNC screw machines
  • Experience setting up or editing CNC machines, including G and M code knowledge
  • Ability to work from prints and utilize CAD/CAM software
  • Microscope experience a plus, as some parts may require close inspection
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance
