We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies Main Hosp. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide top-notch patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care in the ICU or PCU, utilizing evidence-based care models and AACN's Synergy Model
* Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice
* Model proficiency through precepting new staff members
* Contribute to a safe and quality-focused environment
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
* 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
