Position Available:
Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (Transitional Kindergarten) at our preschool location.

Compensation:
$25-32/hour based on individual experience, educational background, and position requirements.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will guide children through our engaging, newly developed curriculum and exploratory play while exemplifying a strong understanding of child development.

Our educators collaborate closely with our Action Day Elementary School Kindergarten staff, promoting inquiry-based, experiential, and project-oriented learning.

In addition to ensuring the highest standard of care, you will have the chance to develop robust classroom management skills, foster parent relationships, and create positive, memorable experiences with the children as we prepare them for their transition to Kindergarten.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 12 ECE Units (Required)
- 3-5 years of teaching experience with preschool and/or elementary-aged students
- A genuine love and passion for working with young children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
