Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing clinical supervision, and supporting our team of behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed

Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, special education)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
