Job Summary:

Herring Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Promote our bank's products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
• Work closely with other banking team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or banking experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The incumbent will be required to work in a bank environment, with regular exposure to cash handling and customer interactions.
