Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord is seeking a skilled Per Diem Registered Nurse with expertise in Interventional Radiology to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient care and ensure safe passage of patients.
- Practice in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics and advocate for patients' autonomy and self-determination.
- Mentor colleagues and engage in the governance of practice to advance nursing care and the profession.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience or Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.
