Position Overview:

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: Starting Pay $21.67/hr; After 60 Days $22.07/hr; Shift Differential $0.52/hr; Per Diem $25.07/hr

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, adhering to established protocols and accurately documenting care provided.
2. Create and maintain a serene environment throughout your shift, ensuring residents feel comfortable and secure.
3. Assist residents during meal times, including preparation, serving, and feeding as necessary.
4. Regularly check on residents to ensure their personal care and hygiene needs are met, including assistance with bathing and grooming.
5. Support residents with mobility needs, including transportation, lifting, turning, and transferring them safely.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid CNA Certification in New York State.
- A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to residents.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to quality healthcare.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
