We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Amada Senior Care of Central Indiana. As a key point of contact for clients and caregivers, you will be responsible for scheduling caregivers for client shifts and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment information and care plan details for new and existing clients.
- Own and drive excellence in scheduling of caregivers, responding to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or "call outs" arise.
- Contact clients and/or their representatives to determine scheduling needs and engage with them to receive and act upon feedback regarding services.
- Enter and maintain data for Personal Care Attendants in relevant systems, ensuring they are updated on individualized care plans for clients.
