We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at Genie Healthcare.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. You will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and record patient medical histories
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Perform wound care and dressing changes with precision and care
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Work Schedule:

6am-2pm, with the possibility of working 3 out of 4 weekends.

Contract Details:

13-week contract with an ASAP start.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as an LPN
  • IV Certified
  • BLS
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
