Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of daily activities at assigned locations.
  • Support management duties as assigned.
  • Provide courteous assistance to customers.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
  • Substitute for any position as needed.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
  • Complete other duties as required.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a positive attitude and ability to respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events.
  • Sound and accurate judgment.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk. You'll occasionally need to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
