Position Overview

Ryder System, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Cycle Counter Specialist to enhance our warehouse operations.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: $20.50
  • Overtime Rate: $30.75
  • Additional Compensation: $0.75 per hour for specific shifts
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours including midweek and weekend shifts

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience operating forklift equipment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Review inbound and outbound shipments for compliance.
  • Assist in physical inventory processes as required.
  • Support operations staff with inventory-related inquiries.
  • Address and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with a focus on safety.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy to meet operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
