About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Team Member to join our Pyramid Global Hospitality team.

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is meeting their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Conduct thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas, adhering to our Green Program standards
  • Perform daily linen and towel changes, and inspect for quality and cleanliness
  • Practice safety standards and report any hazards or concerns to management
  • Exercise respect for guests' property and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
