Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time):
  • Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 based on route assignments.
  • Training: Comprehensive paid training provided.
  • Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly payments via direct deposit or check.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Available for full-time operators.
  • Employment Status: W-2 employee.
  • Health Insurance: Available after 60 days, with the company covering 80% of the premium.
  • Additional Insurance: Dental and vision plans available after 60 days.

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in motorcoach driving, though not required.
