Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our dealer and national account partners to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize equipment uptime
  • Process warranty part returns and participate in teardown analysis
  • Provide data analysis and entry support for departmental projects, leveraging field and warranty data to identify key trends and insights
  • Work cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical/service solutions
  • Disassemble products for service manual verification and labor time revisions
  • Operate products for audit and verification purposes
  • Assist in sustaining field modification activities
Requirements
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Ag System Technology, Business, or related technical field
  • Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation
  • Travel Required:
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Self-starter and willing to investigate problems independently with limited guidance
  • Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
