Job Title:
CNC Machinist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Hire Dynamics. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools to produce precision parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances of workpieces using instruments such as micrometers or vernier calipers.
• Measure and verify the dimensions of completed products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
• Operate cutting and grinding equipment to produce precision parts.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools to perform precision machining operations.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning and maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
• Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine the methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate products.
• Confer with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
• Fit and assemble parts to make or repair machine tools.
• Operate welding equipment to produce precision parts.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in CNC Machining.
• Manual machining experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs repetitively and perform heavy, repetitive physical tasks.
• Trade school or vocational training preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with OSHA and Company safety requirements.
