Highly Skilled Emergency Medical Care Specialist

At AMR, we are committed to delivering exceptional emergency medical care services. As a highly skilled Emergency Response Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during 911 responses.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $37,900 - $65,400 per year, based on a 12-hr shift and an average of 20 or 49 hours per week. This rate applies to the location of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Job DescriptionAs an Emergency Response Paramedic, your primary role will be to assess each call situation and determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. You will utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures to provide life-saving care to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, and suction devices
- Communicate effectively with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given
- Drive the ambulance on 911 responses
- Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow Paramedics
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in emergency medical care and possess the following qualifications:
- California Paramedic License
- CPR Card (American Heart Association ONLY)
- ACLS Card (American Heart Association ONLY)
- Ambulance Driver's License from DMV
- Medical Examiner's Card from DMV
