Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
  • Educate and assist customers on plumbing-related issues.
  • Work closely with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall business success.
  • Ensure quality standards are met on the jobs.
  • Plan and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging issues.
  • Required to drive to different job sites.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and feedback.
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
