**Responsibilities:**

* Verify identification of guests to comply with TABC regulations
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
* Facilitate efficient transactions, including accurate handling of cash and credit
* Take phone orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Retrieve and inspect to-go orders to ensure accuracy
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the showcase and surrounding area
* Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail
* Present a professional appearance and demeanor, including well-groomed attire and courteous language
* Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations

**Qualifications:**

* TABC certification
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* One year of relevant experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
